Who is responsible
The controller for any personal data collected through this site is the company named in the imprint, at the address given there. Use the contact details on that page for any question about your data.
What we collect
Only what you type into the quote form: your name, your company, your email address, the product you are asking about, and — if you fill them in — an estimated volume and a message. Nothing else on this site collects personal data.
Why, and on what basis
Two things: to answer your enquiry, and to tell you from time to time about what TENCITY offers. Expect around one email a week. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, together with our taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time, and we will stop.
Who else sees it
Your enquiry is delivered to us by Brevo, an email provider in the EU, acting as our processor. A copy is written to a log file on our web server so that an enquiry is never lost if that delivery fails. Our hosting is in the EU. We do not sell your data or pass it to anyone else for their own use.
Your IP address
The log entry for a submitted form includes the IP address it came from. We keep it for one month to investigate abuse of the form, then delete it.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and to meet the record-keeping periods Austrian law places on us. After that it is deleted.
Cookies and tracking
There are none. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no third-party scripts, and loads no external fonts — the typefaces are served from our own server. Nothing here tracks you.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to our using it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Write to the address in the imprint. You also have the right to complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40-42, 1030 Vienna).
