Dmitry is a CEO of TENCITY. He is building on his previous experience managing large multicultural team in a trading environment. His background is management, finance and controlling. Dmitry holds degrees in economics and in law from leading European universities.

At TENCITY, Dmitry's focus is on sourcing and sales, cash management, accounting and taxes.

Alexey has more than 30 years in the oil industry behind him. Trading, developing strategy, creating a completely new business direction (like carbon offsets)—he has done it all.

At TENCITY, Alexey is in charge of the relationships with our key international counterparties. He also supports Dmitry in day-to-day operation of the company.

A trader with more than 20 years experience in the oil industry, profound knowledge in Business Development and Supply Chain Management, and a proven track record of business success.

At TENCITY, Lilia is managing the relationships with our key CEE customers.

Konstantin has in-depth knowledge of cargo operations, terminal logistics, rail logistics, custom clearance, claims, European diesel requirements. He has a university Master’s degree/Marketing, and is in operations/logistics from 2010.

Konstantin is responsible for contract management, execution of international trades, quality assurance, insurance, invoicing and day-to-day interaction with our counterparties (customers, suppliers, terminals, surveyors).
